"Our room was not ready a 530 PM. I said we would be back in 2 hours. We got back at 1030, entered the room, it had not been cleaned at all. The sheets were down from someone sleeping there, there were towels hanging on the shower. There was no one to clean the room and they had no other rooms available, so we were forced to leave with no solutions."
