"No hand soap in room upon arrival. Bathroom shower could’ve been cleaned better. The line for check in was almost out the door. We stood in line for close to 20 min as only 1 staff member was checking guests in. She was nice but why aren’t there more people working, especially at check in time? The coffee bar in the morning was sooo slow/long. Probably 15 people deep all morning. That poor barista was so overwhelmed. Taking orders/register & making all the drinks. 2 people should’ve been back...

"Very nice hotel. Close to the stadiums. Lots of lounge areas. Free drinks on check in. Only hiccup was the bathroom shower- the tile is opaque and can be seen in the bedroom. Not a big deal for us- but could be awkward depending on who you share a room with."

"Really great staff. However, for a Westin, it was disappointing. Westin is usually a top tier hotel. No room service, no robes in the room. The grab and go area left much to be desired. Hotel needs some updating."

"We checked in for 2 nights, our room was dirty at check in! There was Hair all over the bathroom floor, sticky stuff on the big table toilet had stains on it and the Toilet paper was almost gone…..it took several request just to get more Toilet paper…Not acceptable! The shower was clogged up… that was not taken care off neither. I had to clean our room, which is not acceptable! I went to the front desk and told them that we needed toilet paper and that the room was dirty. The front desk Attend...

"Excellent breakfast the omelette are very good. Plenty of the options. Good location, 20 minutes, walking distance from downtown, renovated bathroom, very good shower, quite old room"

"I wonder if this hotel is understaffed. The staff who were there were very nice, but we had to get things for ourselves--more tissues off the housekeeping cart. Also, I said in advance I needed non-feather pillows, because I'm allergic to feather. No one switched the feather for foam before I got there, and then they only had one foam pillow to give me! (Which they handed to me in the lobby, so I carried it up myself.)"

"While Shirley at the front desk was professional and accommodating, this property is in need of serious updating. They also appeared to have a fruit fly issue… An elevator in the hotel and an elevator in the parking structure were out of order. I think these accommodations were embarrassing for a wedding party that had perhaps encouraged guests to stay, perhaps remembering it as a younger, better maintained property prior?"
