"The Hilton is a great hotel, but my experience with the staff disappointing, especially for a Hilton. There were several issues that came up and there was no consistency. I was unaware there were renovations going on at the hotel, maybe it was posted somewhere but I missed it. I only noticed renovations when I got up to my room on the 4th floor. About 8am in the morning I heard continuous, repeated banging on what sound like was in the room next to mine. I sounded. like someone was...

"Everything was great at this Hotel No complants about the standard items. One note that i would like to make is reagrding accessible rooms. The shower would be better if it was just a stand alone curbless shower instead of a bathtub. This would make it a true accessible room."

"This is clean and adequate for a short stay. Front desk Staff were not particularly friendly. Bed was not comfortable, it seemed to sag. No bathroom amenities. Basic hotel close to airport. Breakfast was ok but missing simple thing like cinnamon for oatmeal, which was way too watery. No cut fresh fruit, but bananas and apples. Lobby coffee luke warm and only vanilla creamer. Probably would try a different hotel next time"

"We had a great stay and only wished we could have stayed longer. It was quiet at night, even though the hotel was very full. We arrived late for breakfast, and there were still plenty of good food choices available. We were able to watch our favourite show in our room, which was a nice bonus. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, and the shower pressure was excellent. We would definitely come back again."
