8/10 Good

"Clean room, comfortable bed, walking distance to lots of dining options. Nice pool and really great staff. Only one complaint; during breakfast I listened to a woman scream at the staff for several minutes. She just kept going. I thought it was a rude tourist but it turned out to be a supervisor. Stopped eating breakfast there afterwards."

"We were concerned about the reservation not being cancelled and called on (2) occasions. Both Front Desk or Call Center agents were so helpful, patient and provided excellent customer service, I'm so sorry I don't recall their names now. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful and I would definitely recommend to others."
