"A traditional no frills farmhouse B&B set in tranquil countryside surrounds with southerly views. Not too from the lovely town of Tavistock. I was greeted by friendly courteous staff and given a very spacious room for the price and a tasty cooked breakfast to boot. Excellent value for money. I really enjoyed the overnight stay and would definitely recommend to others."

"Very interesting place which is full of history. Parts of the house are asking for refurbishment and it is a bit of "work in progress" but the bedrooms are nicely decorated, very clean and have excellent underfloor heating installed. The service is fantastic and food is delicious. The location is a bit remote but that is an advantage if you are looking for a peaceful holiday. There are nice pubs, restaurants and coffee shops in the area if you don't mind driving a bit. All in all, a place...
