Je krijgt een hele lijst met "do's en don'ts" en moet overal expliciet aangeven overal aansprakelijk voor te zijn. Zelfs als je dit huis al eerder hebt gehuurd. "We booked what we thought was a high ceilinged private villa with a hot tub - but instead were told that it was a lower ground floor villa with an extra daily rate to pay for the hot tub - even though we’d paid a premium to specifically get this benefit. So we changed our booking to a room in the hotel with a stunning view across the lagoon - which is what we wanted in the first place. The hotel then kindly included breakfast in our hotel room rate, as this did not have a self catering facility. "
