"My stay was okay for a quick overnight stay. It seems the property needs some TLC. I pulled up to the property not landscaped or mowed, people tailgating and sunbathing in the parking lot. My door was dented which didn't look so good. The room had a certain smell that was covered up with a citrus spray prior to my getting into the room. They did provide a refrigerator, water, snacks and coffee service set up in the room. The AC unit was loud going on and off all night. Not much you can do about...

"The room was clean and very spacious. However, the hotel was extremely dated and in need of a great deal of repair. Carpeting on all the stairs was storn up and ragged along the edges. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was..... there. The coffee was some of the better hotel coffee in a lobby that I have ever had."

"We needed an ADA compliant room for my husband, who uses a walker & wheelchair. The front desk person was welcoming and helpful. The room was perfect! Wood floors, grab bars around the bathroom and shower and it was like a 1 bedroom apartment! Our accommodations had a large bedroom, a separate living area, kitchenette, and nice bathroom. "The nice, tender spot in Boston Strong’s world is located on the South Shore @ Nantastic Beach. In the center of great waves, IPA’s, stuffies and incredible views. This historic spot never let us down. The high rise of the Bay may wipe away the beach at times but the timeless beauty and comfort of this gem will forever shine like the diamond at Fenway. Which we visited several times on trip."

"The air conditioning in multiple rooms did not work. It would turn on for 10 minutes then give us an error code. The room stayed at 84 degrees all night and we needed to open the hallway door in the morning to let some air in. I made a note to hotel staff when they asked about our stay but they didn’t respond."

"Unfortunately we did not have a good experience here. The staff was helpful and did refund our money but it was late at night when we arrived so it was unfortunate we had to go look for another location. The room had a dingy musty smell, the chair and couch were dirty with stains. The bed had only sheets. The entrance looks good and staff is helpful. Maybe we just got a bad room."
