"Rooms are very run down and old. Ants in the bathroom. Shower was in bad shape either dirty or cracks. Tv was staticy. Pillows were essentially throw pillows not even full size pillows. Very thin walls can hear outside conversations crystal clear. "

"The room was clean but very basic. The bathroom was older and definitely could use some upgrades. The sealing had stains and there were spaces and loose fixtures. The water pressure was really low and the temperature was all over. It went from cold to really hot to warmer and then back to hot without me touching it. If you’re looking for luxury, it won’t be here but if you just need a quick place to sleep and shower, then this will be ok. "

"I booked a king size room patio level. At check-in, I was informed that they had no single rooms. After expressing my disappointment, the clerk mentioned he found a single room and checked me in handing me the key. I opened the room door and to my surprise, the room was not vacant. I immediately walked back up to the front to share this. I was then given another room on the upper level. The shower had hair in the tub. This was not a great experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Everything was great but there seemed to be a towel shortage. None at the pool and we couldn’t get more for the room either. Breakfast was good and the kids loved the pool "

"Property is clean, staff are presents and helpful. But staff issues should be discussed in a staff room, not in front of the clients or in the lobby."

"The lobby and the hallway smelled of urine and was dirty. The place seemed like a urine soaked drug den. My daughter, small dog, and I checked out immediately after looking at the room when we checked in at 11pm, even though we had no place to go. Felt completely unsafe, very disgusting experience. The only positive was the clerk who was very nice."
