"This place was such a great value! I've stayed in places that cost twice as much and weren't half as nice. Everything was wonderful: the service, the restaurant, the room, the bathroom, the pet accommodations, and above all, the HOT TUB! The temperature was hot enough and the jets were powerful enough, which is a rare find at a franchise hotel!! I would definitely recommend this place and will be back for another stay in the future."

"We had an overall great stay, just like last year. We love how warm and inviting the entire experience is - cider and cookies and popcorn! My son left his backpack in our room and Clarisa took it to UPS to have it shipped to our house. Clarisa is probably the best part of our experience - she’s welcoming, helpful, and genuinely interested in the guests. Aspen is lucky to have this hotel for those of us who don’t have oodles of $ but still love to visit this town. Please don’t ever sell :). "
