"Room and staff were great, Lovely downtown location so we were able to walk to a lot of the places we wanted to go."

"My poor ratings are related to me being stung by wasps out by the pool. After I was stung, I saw a large wasp nest hanging from a light at the side of the building. It should never have been there. After I was stung, I went into the front desk to report the incident. The lady at the front desk simply said, “I’m sorry that happened “, then said she would have maintenance address the nest. The next day went we were leaving, the nest was still there."

"The place looked old and worn. The room was clean, the staff was pleasant. But having a room that faced the boatyard with a stack of boats racked up like groceries out of the window, and forklifts beeping until all hours of the night wasn't very pleasant. Also, the hotel isn't within walking distance of anything. I arrive just after lunch very hungry.And the only restaurant with a walking distance opened at four o'clock"

"The breakfast at the restaurant was so good! You wouldn’t even know it was hotel food! The staff was so attentive & helpful no matter the time of day or night. They were tidying up the pool area first thing in the morning, we got help with our bags, the complimentary still AND SPARKLING water was my favorite part honestly. 😂 We got our ENTIRE AC unit replaced without having to prove it wasn’t cooling down in our room. Great value & service for what we paid."
