"I have stayed here multiple times and always had a great experience. However, this time I booked the standard room with no upgrades she normally I have the one above standard. The regular standard rooms are not updated. The room was outdated and needed a lot of fixing up. Everything else was great. The pool is great. Staff is great. The shuttle is great. "

"Got to our room, everything looked good and clean. Then I noticed we didnt have a microwave or towels. Left for the evening but I had let the front desk know and they took care of it. The next day we left early in the morning by 0730. Was expecting our room to be clean with new towels when we returned but it wasnt. So we reused the towels we had which were only 2 that they provided us for a family of 4. The next day we had to ask for more towels and they gave us another 2 and stated thats all they had. Our trash was never picked up so we had to throw it ourselves. One night returning to our hotel the hotel keys didnt work so we had to get new ones. Overall at the end of the day I would have liked to have been given enough towels and pur trash taken out."

"Clean room , staff was super friendly, work fast when checking in , ask if i have any fun plan when staying there "

"The weather was very hot and our air conditioner wasn't turning on when we went to bed. Staff tried to fix at 1am. We slept with sliding door open, hot room, noisy, street traffic. Not a good nights sleep at all, and still charged full price. I won't stay there again. The other times before it was fine."

"The fire alarm went off every hour, there was a leak in the bathroom in the ceiling!! The toilet was dirty, the tv did not work. Not much amenities "

"Room was fairly spacious and well kept. Plenty of hot water. If there was wifi, we werent offered it. Return the room key or pay 5.69, which seems reasonable. I would likely stay again."

"Checked in on a Tuesday and nobody came to clean my room until Saturday after I complained. The towels was stained and stink. Inside the room had small roaches and aloha of crazy drug addicted people walking around"
