Leuk hotel gerund door supervriendelijke familie

Op het eerste gezicht een ietwat gedateerd hotel, maar goed onderhouden en schoon. Fijn restaurant met zeer schappelijke prijzen. Goed ontbijt. Zeer vriendelijke hotel familie. Zeer servicegericht. Aanrader, ook gezien de ligging in de Biesbosch

Uitstekende ligging in nationaal park Biesbosch.Vriendelijke medewerkers erg hulpvaardig Hotel is wel gedateerd maar ligging maakt alles goed.Lekker ontbijt. Botenverhuur tegenover hotel maar alle kano’s en kayaks al verhuurd voor volgende dag, dat was domper.Wel mooie wandeling Jantjespad gemaakt.

Redelijke prijs/kwaliteit verhouding voor kamer inclusief ontbijt. Rustig en toch centraal gelegen in Biesbosch. Snelle verbinding met Dordrecht. Minder waren de rommelige, oubollige inrichting, de kapotte haardroger, minimale verstrekking van zeep en shampoo en onhandige pilaar midden in onze kamer. Ook stoorde de tv en werden de bedden niet echt netjes opgemaakt.

Peaceful place

Spent 2 nights here visiting the National Park De Biesbosch. We had amazing October weather and loved walking around the wetlands - so peaceful and lots of wildlife. The hotel was quiet as out of season but the buffet breakfast was good and the set evening meal was lovely. The restaurant is closed during the week but there is a set evening menu for the guests. The staff were lovely and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The rooms are a little dated but very spacious with 2 armchairs and the beds were comfortable.

Staff accommodated our bicycles.

Rooms are dated, but very clean. No AC in the room and all windows should have bug screens to allow for better cooling of the room. Great location and excellent restaurant!

goede plaats, goede kamers, vriendelijkheid van de eigenaren mag heel wat beter.

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel parce qu'il avait un restaurant, mais le site Venere ne précise pas que celui-ci est fermé le lundi, jour de notre visite. Le propriétaire nous a très gentiment préparé une assiette malgré ça.

I bet it's really busy here in summer but in Spring with few guests, no menu choice and no VPN connection it wasn't suitable for a business guest. I don't like paying for tea and coffee in the room. The location is stunning and the staff friendly.

Un peu difficile à trouver ( attention le GPS vous envoie sur un bac pour traverser le fleuve ...) mais très agréable, calme et bon accueil. Appelez si vous arriver tard !

Leuk rustig gelegen hotel

Prima hotel met mooie goed verzorgde complete kamer, het ontbijt was prima, erg lekker maar helaas is het restaurant gedurende de wintermaanden gesloten, we waren ook de enige gasten dit weekend.

Bijna alleen op de wereld

Een hartelijke ontvangst is waar het verblijf in dit niet doorsnee hotel mee begint. Echt iets anders dan doorsnee. Dit komt door de erg rustige maar ook wel afgelegen ligging in de Biesbosch en de manier waarop het hotel wordt gerund. Het restaurant - dat het vooral moet hebben van dagjesmensen - heeft beperkte openingstijden en een beperkte kaart met gerechten als pannenkoeken, biefstukje met frieten en sla, etc. Ook het ontbijt is degelijk maar niet uitgebreid. Dus als je eens wat anders wilt en je het niet erg vindt om "eenvoudig doch voedzaam" te eten dan is dit een prima adres.

Net hotel met veel plek, mooie inrichting!

We waren er voor een nachtje maar zijn uiterst vriendelijk ontvangen en bediend en daarbij waren we vrijwel de enige gasten op dat moment. De ruimtes en de inrichting waren prima geschikt voor grote groepen en het personeel, eigenaar en gezin, zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was prima en het menu ook aangenaam voor een normale prijs. Dus zeker eens terugkomen!
