Highly recommended

Top quality hotel. Nice decor, ultra friendly staff. Best al-inclusive food ever. Ski slope and cable car is just 30 seconds from hotel. Hard to think about any improvements. 11/10.

Receptionist treated me like I’m second grade class. They’ve put me in different building as like they’ve said they got more families with more kids so I don’t recommend to go there if you are a single parent with 1 child!!! Also be careful where you rent ski equipment as the guys working there are not helpful at all….

Preis-Leistung für dieses Hotel ist absolut top. Das Essen ist reichhaltig, vielfältig und schmeckt sehr gut. Einziger Makel: das „Kinderbuffet“ besteht meist hauptsächlich aus ungesunden Speisen wie Nuggets, Pommes, etc. Hier wünsche ich mir etwas mehr Familiengerichte. Das Hotel schmückt sich mit „Nachhaltigkeit“, was ich sehr begrüße. Allerdings gibt es einige Punkte an denen man noch nachjustieren kann, wie bspw. der tägliche Wechsel aller Handtücher oder die übermäßig hohe Temperatur im Hotel und den Zimmer . Der Kinderspielbereich könnte ein bisschen Schallschutz vertragen. Dort ist es sehr laut, wenn mehr als 3 Kinder dort gleichzeitig spielen. Zusammenfassend war es aber ein sehr schöner Urlaub und ein top Hotel mit außerordentlich freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitenden. Die kleinen Kritikpunkte sind meckern aufm hohem Niveau.

Perfekt für Familien mit jüngeren Kindern. Gegenüber vom Hotel ist der Skiverleih, ein Depot für die Skiausrüstung, die Gondel und der Treffpunkt für die Skischule. Im Hotel ist ganztägig Programm für die Kinder, Kidsclub, Spielzimmer, Kinderdisco, Kino und vieles mehr. Das Essen ist super, all inclusive Getränke und Snacks außerhalb der Buffetzeiten. Das Personal ist grandios. Wir kommen wieder!

Unser erster Aufenthalt in diesem Resort. Was sollen wir sagen, absolut traumhafte Umgebung mit tollem und freundlichen Personal. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und hygienisch top. Für die Kids wird immer etwas geboten. Langeweile kommt hier für die Kleinen nicht auf. Verpflegung ist hervorragend und abwechslungsreich. Wir werden wieder kommen! Macht weiter so!

Sehr schönes Hotel, für Famiien mit Kindern, die Österreich besuchen möchten unbedingt empfehlenswert.Tolle Zimmer, es gibt sogar Turnringe über den Betten, sehr gutes Essen und der Kinderclub ist prima - obwohl unser Kind aus dem Alter heraus ist. Einziger Kritikpunkt für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie ist für uns die Obstversorgung - der Obstkorb ließ leider etwas zu wünschen übrig, wenig Äpfel, einige Birnen und Bananen, zur Mittagszeit auch Weintrauben. Jetzt im Hochsommer erwartet man eigentlich Melone satt oder Pfirsiche, Pflaumen etc. Ansonsten blieben im Restaurant keine Wünsche offen.

Das Hotel ist super die Lage ebenfalls super. Zimmer sind geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Essen war auch lecker. Ist zwar viel Gewusel aber das ist ja normal bei vielen Kindern. Nur das Baby spielzimmer ist etwas lieblos gestaltet....

Die Lautstärke der Kinder hat zum Teil das erträgliche Maß überschritten. Die Beschilderung der Sauna fehlte im Eingangsbereichs des Schwimmbades. Die Auswahl der all inclusive Produkte ist als sehr positiv zu bewerten.
