"The staff here were so very helpful, they were a great resource dealing with the rain and unfortunate low clouds. They also put out a great breakfast and we loved the schorle machine. The location was convenient enough, although Google kept wanting to send us down random side streets due to construction. My only two complaints : first, there's no AC. Most of the time you don't need it in the Alps, but the night we stayed our room was _hot_. Second, some of the layout is just weird. Our room had a balcony, but there was another door to that same balcony out in the hallway, so leaving the door open to let in some cool mountain air would also let in any other guest of the hotel."

"It’s a good property with decent, but dated, accommodations. The biggest issue is parking and leaving during the stay. It’s not designed for people to drive in and out easily."

"The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and very clean. Both the breakfast and lunch offerings were excellent, with a great variety and quality of food. An additional convenience was the hotel’s location near the Sixt rental car drop-off point—I rented a car in Munich and was able to return it just a 4–5 minute walk from the hotel, which made my travel experience much smoother. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to others."

"This hotel was beautiful! The views were amazing and the pool area was so relaxing. They have a great breakfast and mid day snacks. The restaurant had very good food as well. We stayed in a premium suite which was the only room that had a closing door between the room and the shower area if privacy is an issue."

"Overall the place was a beautiful place to stay. Unfortunately the one item that affected us was that my brother gave them laundry to do and he did not get it back on time. A week has passed and it has not been found. The staff lacked urgency in trying to get it back to him. It was supposed to be sent to a hotel we were staying at in Salzburg but it did not arrive. Still waiting."
