"J’ai globalement apprécié mon séjour, mais je tiens à signaler une expérience décevante à l’accueil. J’avais réservé une chambre Affaires, adaptée pour trois personnes (un adulte et deux enfants). Lors de mon arrivée, la réceptionniste m’a indiqué que ma chambre se trouvait au 4ᵉ étage. Lorsque je lui ai demandé s’il était possible d’avoir une chambre à un étage inférieur, elle m’a répondu que l’hôtel était complet et qu’aucune autre chambre n’était disponible. En montant, j’ai découvert une petite chambre avec un seul lit, qui ne correspondait absolument pas à ma réservation. Je suis donc redescendu pour signaler le problème. À ma grande surprise, la réceptionniste m’a finalement attribué la chambre Affaires que j’avais réservée, ce qui montre qu’il y avait bien une chambre disponible et que l’information donnée au départ n’était pas exacte. C’est dommage, car cette situation a créé un stress inutile dès notre arrivée. Un peu plus de transparence et d’honnêteté de la part du personnel d’accueil aurait rendu l’expérience beaucoup plus agréable."

"quaint little place but make sure you read the website carefully as there is no cleaning service for short stays. You have to guess at the WiFi because it's not indicated anywhere. You have to request your coffee at the front desk since they will not replenish during short stays. Our room was clean but there were mattresses leaning against the wall in the stair case (all 3 days), carpets in the common areas looked pretty neglected. Bed and pillows were super comfy ."
