"This hotel was not as advertised on Hotels.com. The rooms were smelly and dirty. The first room reeked on smoke so badly that we could not remain in the room. They did switch rooms for us, but the second room reeked on animals and had fleas. At this point, we decided we could not stay here. They refused to refund our money. I am very disappointed in our experience and am hopeful that Hotels.com will be able to help us get at least a partial refund. Hotels.com customer service was extremely helpful in reaching out to this hotel about these issues, but the hotel front desk placed them on hold and then disconnected the call and then the Hotel's customer rep could not get them to answer when they tried to call again. Once again, very disappointed at this completely unacceptable experience."
