"My room was nasty, I checked in, went to my room. Saw how the room was unkept and smelled. I went back to the front desk and asked to be moved. They would not accommodate me changing rooms. I then checked out. It was not a great experience at all. No refund, was worth staying there. I spent close to 175.00 for me to go in and change my clothing. What a disapointment. "

"There was ample parking and the whole hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly. The only reason why I didn't rate it higher was that the breakfast wasn't worthy of 5 stars. Not to say that it wasn't a good breakfast, just not extraordinary. There were lots of options - yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, bagel, English muffin, pancakes, scrambled eggs, cheese omelet, sausage, bacon. Everything was cooked well. My critique is that hotel scrambled eggs are sort of weird....

"It's not a fancy update place. But with friendly staff and nice comfortable beds and very good size in room refrigerator and close to lots of restaurants. You can't go wrong staying here. And felt super safe also."

"It’s a 3 star property at best. The exterior looks very nice, but the beds are extremely dated, both of the beds in my room, felt like you were sleeping on the side of a mountain and the air conditioners need to be serviced and or completely replaced. It sounded like a semi truck was in my room the entire night and everyone woke up congested. Be prepared for some strong smells throughout the property. I don’t know if certain rooms come with kitchen - I have no idea, but the smalls were really...

"It was just an OK stay being that we traveled 16 hours. Our bedding didn’t smell clean or fresh and the mattress had a dip which irritated our backs and the shower floor had a big hump in the center. We asked if we could get our rooms switched and all we were offered was to get our mattress flip. We stuck it out up to our departure. The good part of it was housekeeping was kind enough to switch out our bedding and clean our room."

"The ac was strong. But being next to a busy road with door and windows leaking light that at no point left the room what i would consider dark. The front desk was helpful for replacing the towels and such, however the apparent lack of and noise isoation is a negative. Every step or thought of out upstairs neighbors sounded like a horde of wild animals(assuming they weren't just rowdy) and the beds weird thin metal frame thing made my movements echo as the metal flexed."
