"Wasnt very keen as their was no one to greet us.There was instructions on how to get in though.It stated breakfast upon booking but they wasn't able to provide breakfast when we arrived. They had the tables and crockery out and sauces though.They left us money for our breakfast which didnt seem professional. ..."

At present Wells-next-the-Sea remains quieter and family friendly and dog friendly. It hasn’t become loud and overwhelming as other seaside places. It feels safe and friendly.
