"Staff were excellent, extremely helpful and friendly. Everywhere was very clean and breakfast very good, all local produce. Only reason for 3* review was our room. Basically it was a single room with a double bed wedged in it. You could only get in one side of the bed, not easy for over 60s. And the room had an unpleasant smell like something had gone off in there. Only there for 2 nights so didn’t make a thing of it and just left the window open all the time."

"A very nice hotel, the rooms at the rear of the hotel were former farm buildings which have been completely renovated. There is a wet room ensuite which is well appointed. The restaurant has a good choice of food which is excellently cooked and presented. The breakfast menu which has to be ordered the evening before was slightly confusing until I worked out that the price stays the same and you just tick your personal choices. Well sited and only 6 minutes from the Bristol Airport Silver Zone...
