The location was perfect for us and they are dog friendly. The only thing is since they do not do daily cleaning it would be great if they offered larger trash recepticals in the room. They fill up quickly and it would be good to have larger ones especially since we brought food back with us and used the refrigerator etc

Great place! Everything was clean and neat. The fans in the rooms were wonderful! If they arent fully booked this is the perfect place to stay during the summer.

Pet-friendly Lodging
The check-in process was easy. There was no garbage can. The lighting was bad, only a fanlight in the bathroom and 2 small bedside lamps. It was hard to see. And there was a slight smell of smoke in the bathroom. The decor was minimal but cute, with a nautical theme. I was grateful to find last minute, pet friendly lodging in such a central location.

Stoned dancing animal
Stoned young lady in a full body animal pajamas dancing in driveway blocking road. Refused to move and thought our headlights were for her to dance in. Had a difficult time getting to park due to her. Did not sleep well. Every time she went outside we had check out truck till around 1 am Room was nice as always.

Sorry for your heat - we do provide portable heaters for all the cottages in the fall and they help considerably, sorry if you did not have one.

Never Again
A less than stellar stay. No blow-dryer, self check in, no New England Sports Network. A very uncomfortable bed, and shampoo/conditioner in condiment packets that you couldn't open without scissors. Finally multiple emails stating we had to sign a guest registry before we left which was non-existent. When I called the front desk they said it was no longer necessary. Then why include it in the emails?

A fresh gem!
Great location! A short drive to EVERYWHERE- fantastic base of operations. Super clean, and NOT dumpy like many places with ancient carpet and moldy bathrooms. Fancy ROKU tv -beyond my understanding -lol !!

Very conveniently located in Maine just north of Portsmouth, NH. Great restaurants around the area. Easy to find. Our room was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the staff person on site was nice and professional. We really liked how the staff reached out to you to confirm your stay and the email face precise directions for check in and check out. Overall we’d stay there again.

Nice but need window repair
Room was nice & clean. Updated besides large window appears was recently broken & was temporarily covered with plexiglass. Other than that happy with the accommodations.

Nobody checks you in. Sign on door states office is open at 4 pm but check in is 3pm. Nobody ever showed up. Had to call phone number listed. When called, gentleman answering was not friendly. Never saw anybody in office for two days we were there. Only saw housekeeping on grounds in morning

Hi, sorry you did not like our check in process, we try to get all information communicated with email sent out prior to arrival - that we have a self check in system, but are always available 24 hours to assist if needed.

Loved our stay here
Cute little cabin with plenty of room. Nice kitchen and eating area. Close to so much to see, do and enjoy in the area. Peaceful at night, with a screened in porch to sit and enjoy when the weather is nice.

served our purposes, Let us check in early. a little problem with code at door but helped us over the phone to resolve in less than a minute. Overall the place was nice. You could tell they had done some recent updates. But if Im being honest it needs ;more. Grounds needed tending. Would stay again.

The motel room was clean but the decor was average . The microwave cord was not long enough to reach the outlet, so had to sit it in a chair. The facility garbage cans were right outside our room , so the air stunk pretty bad when you walk out . They don’t offer many amenities, but was a little pricey for what we got.

Great place
Last minute trip with our dogs. Staff was friendly over the phone. Office was closed and had a self check in. Pool was clean and room also. Would stay again. Bed not comfortable. Great area near things to do.

Great little place. We booked it last minute, so it made the check-in a little more difficult since we didn't know it was a virtual check-in. Once we found that out it was perfect for what we needed.

I think the cottages could have been cleaner and definitely needed some additional maintenance. I.e, the porch floor was not clean and the closet had a very old throw rug that was on its last legs. Also the screen door to the porch did not close properly. The TVs did not work and one of them was barely hanging on to the wall. The doors were split at the bottom as the door jambs were sticking. Just not an overall feeling of clean and this cottage needs some spic and span and updates. We never saw an office employee as we were issued codes to get into our cottage. I will say the pool area was very clean and the surroundings were very pretty and quiet.

Was very disappointed ,Did not even have an office,Just had a phone number on the door. Barren room. Two little plastic chairs to sit.No bureaus, no phone, hairdryer, mirrors, iron, place to sit or write.tv service didn’t exist.I use Travelocity all the time and was truly disappointing to see this place on the list plus a prohibitive cost.

We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay. Our staff is available by phone 24 hours a day and would gladly bring you an iron or hairdryer if needed, our TV's our smart tv's that you can stream any service you might have or it has many live free options. The rooms do have bureaus, sorry if you did not access them. Again sorry you did not enjoy your stay.

Only comment would be the online check in process. There was a request for a photo of ID and a credit card number along with CVv on the back of the card. Refused to supply that info in one app due to identity theft. Was able to provide an altered (to remove birth date) ID photo, last four digits of credit card and vehicle Identification. That was acceptable. Service was great upon arrival.

Loved having a little kitchenette and outdoor space. Wold have liked a freezer section in fridge and/or an ice maker on site. Overall enjoyed my stay, cute cottage, seamless arrival.

The most PERFECT little cottage
Just a one night stay in a queen cottage. The cottage was PERFECT for a couple. The kitchen area was well stocked with basic appliances pots pans and dishes! The bed was comfy and the entire cottage was VERY clean. Ken the office manager wasn’t on site but always available. You can tell he works hard between this and the stage run down the street. The beaches property is much cleaner and nicer in my opinion as I’ve stayed at both! I would definitely stay again for more than a night! Great value for money as it’s one of the cheaper places in the area but just as nice! Cottages are great especially the screened in porch. Felt very private and quiet. One and only con is the bathroom and shower are tiny! But that’s a small issue for us!
