"The hotel was charming and had a boutique, bed-and-breakfast feel. They offered a complimentary breakfast, which was delightful and delicious. The staff were friendly and always checked to see if our room needed refreshing. The room was cozy and comfortable, although the carpet could have been cleaner, and the shower could use some improvement. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return."

"Ken wood Inn and Spa is absolutely breathtaking! The hotel gives you Italy vibes. The views are spectacular. The free breakfast every morning is delicious! Can’t forget about the Mimosa Bar that’s included with your free breakfast. They offer daily free wine tastings from 5-6pm. It’s a great time to meet people staying at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. I can’t wait to come back!"

"I love the Jack London and stay there whenever I come to wine country. The rooms are a little bit dated at this point, but the Staff is so friendly. The pool and hot tub are lovely. The location can’t be beat."

"Beautiful tree-filled property, adjacent to a vineyard. Good location for sightseeing or wine tasting nearby and nice amenities, including a bottle of wine in our room at check in, and bottled water each day. Free coffee and pastries for breakfast. Coffee was great but pastries, although fresh and delicious, were a bit small. We didn’t want to take more, to save some for the other guests. Outside stairs to get to our room were a bit crooked, but there were handrails, so we were okay. These...

"Clean room. Needed more counter space in the bathroom. Staff was friendly, a gentleman carried my bag upstairs when I checked in but after calling the front desk no one ever came. I would stay again"

"The breakfast was spectacular and they were very accommodating for dietary restrictions. Gourmet 3 course breakfast! We stayed in the cottage and was nice and quiet with lots of privacy. Perfect for a romantic getaway. The hosts were super nice and was wonderful to know the history of the Inn."

"This property was quaint. We stayed in the cottage was a little more than a converted shed but it was comfy, cool, and quiet. We loved having the privacy. We weren’t able to stay for breakfast or really enjoy the outdoor spaces which were so cute but it was beautiful. The bed was sooo comfy. Perfect rest after 600 miles on a motorcycle."

"Clean and pretty large room, and the price is expensive but very reasonable for summer season in St. Helena, where most places are in the $600-800 range, and this one almost half. Liked that it wasn’t “corporate”. The grounds are kept pretty nice. Also liked that it was pet friendly… easy a nice places to walk your pup around the hotel too. Peaceful spot overall and literally next to some of the world’s best restaurants and vineyards."

"There was no trash can in the room. The bathroom reeked of bleach. The lot was full of clutter from people that had lived in the motel and moved out."
