"No free Wi-fi code left anywhere and attendants mobile never responded, horrible almost on floor bed with urine stained manky old worn unprotected mattress, bedroom window blind broken so exposed to neighbours and tatty external areas, no bathroom mirror (previously broken and not replaced), paid £6 extra for breakfast, expecting cooked, but it was a help yourself basic toast/cereal.
