"The apartment has a prime location in the Yacht Club. I would say the most upscale area in Gdynia. The whole block is at the final stage of construction and the potential is huge. The balcony is spacious and the view is just stunning. One can tell that this is an apartment designed for rentals and rentals only. Small details such as towel hangers, shelves etc are missing in the bathroom. But the overall look of the apartment is modern and nice."

"Beautiful apartment that was extremely spacious. Our only complaint was how hot it was in the morning without air conditioning and only one of the 2 fans provided worked. Also we spent a good amount of time on spider removal each night after the sun went down 🕷️🕸️😨 would be nice if there was some kind of pest control to eliminate the spiders. Due to the spiders surrounding the doors and windows we couldn’t open the windows at night to cool down the apartment unless we wanted to share the bed...
