Staff seemed more into the Bistro side rather than hotel. Hotel clean and comfortable. Deco slightly drab, black and dark grey also as need to get to 2nd.floor to book in can be difficult

I like this hotel but one thing I didn't like was the bathroom/toilet was all glass and glass door and there was no privacy. Even if I stayed with a partner I wanted to have privacy when I use a toilet.

I would like to give a big shout out to the Chief Butler (I'm embarrassed that I did not remember his name). This gentleman had gone above and beyond the call of duty in helping us with arrangement for transportations and dinner reservations. He's a gem. In terms of breakfast, the selections are good, but I wish there are more or maybe change up daily so it doesn't get boring. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel as well as the attentiveness from the staff. Highly recommend.

"Overall a comfortable and good stay. Staff are friendly and greet you every time they see you. Room is spacious but you may get one that had a cigarette smell..make sure you open the windows to get the smell out. Very close to MRT which is a bonus.
