"Good breakfast and safe parking in the vecinity of the hotel building. There are excellent dining options nearby this hotel location. Also, this is a convenient location if planning to use Kansas City International Airport."

"Everyone at the Holiday Inn Express KC North Parkville were excellent . The Housekeeping staff were especially helpful with our room needs. The only concern was noise on weekends when baseball teams (teenagers) had games and stay at hotel. They can be quite loud running and horsing around in the hotel halls. Better parental supervision would be nice."

"The toilet paper holder and the towel bar fell iff the wall within a few minutes of getting there. The beds were horribly uncomfortable and the coffee area served yellow water both mornings I was there."

"There was an ominous noise all night that kept us awake until 3 am and we could finally fall asleep from pure exhaustion after traveling all day. Then the next morning a fire drill that was so loud. Upon check in, after traveling all day long, I attempted to purchase a pizza and wine from the pantry and the night attendant was incredibly rude and told me that they would not sell wine after midnight. Even though we literally checked in ten minutes before midnight. I'll never book this hotel...

"Room was decent, some attention to detail could be helpful like the used toothpick in the shower when we arrived. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great 9/10 on Saturday. Sunday 2/10 out of juice and pop, dirty bowls etc…beware elevators are insanely slow. "

"The hotel's cleanliness and overall atmosphere are impressive. Three aspects that caught my attention were Debrajai (front desk) taking the initiative to sanitize door cards during less busy periods, Room Service always helpful and nice, and Director Christina Smith, who made a point to meet us daily at the breakfast area, where we had friendly conversations that left a positive impression on my family and me, and it was only later that we discovered her role as the hotel's director. "This hotel was a great starting point for exploring Kansas City. It is obviously an older building and could use some updating, but the staff were friendly and we felt safe and comfortable during our stay."

"The facility was wonderful; the room was cleanly appointed and the hot tub and pool were very clean and well-functioning. The only negative remarks would be the breakfast was lack luster, including eggs that felt freezer burnt. Also, the coffee machine in the lobby was disappointing because it was a machine you had to pay to use (other than a small cup of drip coffee)"

"We were in town on business. Found the room very clean, the staff kind and accommodating and the restaurant on site was excellent. We will need to travel there again in the fall and plan to stay at that Holiday Inn because of the great experience. "
