"Very spacious and well appointed clean rooms. Excellent location. Great gym, pool and hot tubs (plural) and also has steam room and great bbq facilities right next to pool area. Beds were the most comfortable out of all the hotels we stayed in across our trip around USA and Canada. Family of 5 travelling from Australia. Stayed in a “room with den” kids sleeping on good sized sofa beds and had their own bathroom/toilet. Our bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Self contained kitchen was great...

The only issue was that the TV was not smart, which seems crazy in 2026, so we were stuck with watching whatever was on. Other than that, everything was fantastic. "

"My daughter and I had a nice one day stay at the hotel. The room was large and very clean and well furnished, and the amenities were excellent. Front desk staff were very helpful, and the ski storage was convenient. The location was the best, very close to the gondolas and super convenient access to restaurants and shopping. "Beware what the listing for the room says. Mine said king bed studio. Nowhere did it say it was a MURPHY bed, ie not a real mattress - plus the bed angled down towards the head. I asked front desk if it was possible to change rooms but they said the king bed rooms are not part of the hotel, that they are privately and the hotel has no control. "The best location you can ask for. Steps from the gondola. Would really love this place but the property is pretty worn out. Lots of loose plumbing fixtures, banged up hardware, worn out finishings. We liked the pool, hot tub, in-room sauna (we had the loft unit). Clean sheets and towels. Just needs better maintenance and quality oversight. "
