"The property was clean, and the staff was excellent, would stay there again, the only issue is when I booked it said parking was included and when I got there it was not. We were leaving our car for a few days while we went on vacation so we needed parking. I even called the hotel number to confirm the day before and they said yes. When I asked the front lobby attendant she let me know that unfortunately Expedia has been saying parking is included when it isn't and the phone number I called...

"I know someone new bought the Inn on Ferry St, but that doesn't excuse the extremely dusty condition of my room, or the lack of any type of window shade to block the sun out. I've stayed at the Inn several times before COVID, and this new owner may want to restore some of the amenities that made staying at the Inn feel more home-like with breakfast for example.
I checked in when it was raining and the clerk didn't offer any assistance on getting to my room that was outside and two buildings...

"Overall the hotel needs a good cleaning. Our room was acceptable, but the halls and elevators were dirty. The heater/cooler in our room was working, but the buttons were all crunched, there was no way to tell if the buttons I pushed were working. We fiddled with it in our room for 2 hours freezing. The front desk offered us a new room, but just then our friend came in and figured it out. The breakfast was average."

"Couldn't get hold of transport when flight came in late at night. Started doubting. On drive over website said last check in at 12 - flight in at 12:30 but did tell 2 different staff we were coming in late. Worried we weren't going to have the room we reserved.
