I guess I had high expectations but it smelled, the showers had hair in it and wasn’t clean So many things were broken and walking the sidewalks is no small task as they’re all broken up also There was a hole in the ground with an electrical box that was broken and uncovered my pup almost fell in it! Staff were not helpful at all and acted very short with answers Then there were people running the halls all night banging around waking us up 3/4x in the middle of the night!

We love Brownwood. We've stayed here multiple times. Hotel is absolutely amazing! Clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff.
