"After traveling to Columbus I was called by the hotel and told that I couldn’t check in until 6:30 I check in was supposed to be at 3… once finally checked on at 7 the room they gave me was flooded I had to wait another 30/45 minutes before they gave me another room once they gave me another room the shower didn’t work in that one so had to wait on another room experience was just completely inconvenient and overwhelming the only thing that made it worth while is the customer service I received...

"The home inside looked like the pictures minus the fact they definitely need to repaint the walls and pictures of the outside of the house. You must drive up a huge hill to arrive at the home, parking is not the best. The outside of the home is very out dated and the back yard needs a good clean up.
The basement flooded both nights we stayed there, thankfully our belongings were upstairs as the entire living room down stairs was unusable.
Communication with the host was okay, they responded...
