"This property is literally a student accommodation. The place was clean overall, however the furniture carpets and walls have stains and cuff marks. The sofas provided had liquid stains overall and we didn't feel like sitting on them. The beds were just springs and nothing else. Bathrooms were clean though. "

"To say our stay was unpleasant is an understatement. Our bathroom smelt like urine, our shower had big black hairs in it like it hadn’t been cleaned, there was a speck of blood on the bathroom floor and blood smeared down the bathroom wall under the sink. We advised reception who said they’d sort it while we were out for tea. Upon return we were told it had been cleaned and air freshener used. We went back to our room to still find the hair in the shower, blood on the floor and no air...

"The staff was nice enough. Check in was ok but the receptionist had to go to the room to remove 3 chocolates that were intended for someone else we guess. Our request for a non road side wasn’t met which is disappointing and sleep or lack of ensued. The breakfast area is good enough but not real 5 star. The coffee was warm at best. Didn’t go to the bar as we had a 9 year old so really wasn’t anywhere to have a drink. Fortunately Chadstone shopping is nearby albeit not all eateries are licensed....
