"Our first stay at Jay Bay Zebra Lodge, recommended by my cousin, and wow—what an experience. It may be rated four-star, but in our opinion it deserves five. The accommodation was beautiful, the food was absolutely incredible, and the scenery was breathtaking. The highlight? Seventeen wild zebras wandering freely around the property—even joining us at breakfast, close enough for photos! It felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The staff were fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and always happy...

"Breakfast and service was good. However, I was double-charged since Expedia charged my card for all 3 rooms, and then Gina at reception said that only 1 room was paid for. So, we had to pay for the remaining 2 rooms all over again!!! Their credit card machine wasn't working. Therefore, had to pay in cash."

"What made our stay was Mercia - she was charming, calm & warm. Although the new owner is upgrading we had issues with our coffee making facilities in our room which we understand is in hand. Glorious breakfast,and couple of hours by the pool. We will for sure go back! 💯 "
