"Nobody at the property when we arrived, had to wait 10 minutes for the housekeeping lady to arrive. She was great and very apologetic. Room was freezing on arrival."

"Had a great one night stay with good size room for my family of four. The staff were very kind and accommodating. Although breakfast is not included, it is available and made it easy in the morning to have a good meal. The location is ideal to visit Pembroke Castle or take a ferry."

"This place is truly unique. We were met at reception and shown to the breakfast room and various lounges, then to our room. All had spectacular views. There are tea and coffee making facilities in a kitchen area (as well as in the room) and an honesty bar. All are decorated to a 5-star standard. "Pleasantly surprised, wouldn’t have thought to choose a YHA in the past but price for a private en-suite room was very reasonable. Cafe on site, well stocked kitchen for self-catering, free parking and short walk to the beach. Later check in than I’m used to (5pm) was the only downside. "

"The service was great, though my suggestion is that it is difficult to pair with an extended stay when you booked a short stay. The long-stay owners were extremely loud on the last day. Overall, a three-star from me, just because the service was good."
