"Like most Hampton Inns, this one was very clean with comfortable beds and good breakfast. Good location in Arsenal Yards shopping/dining center. Arsenal Park is under construction (as of April 2025) but I was still able to walk through to the Charles River running path; the park also has a really big playground. Two small complaints: parking is $35 and the counter staff was not helpful/knowledgeable about free parking options. We parked for free at the Atrium Health building and moved our car...

"We walked in to a beautiful lobby, the man up front in the Lobbh was very attentive and had a great conversation with him over football. Our room was clean and the pool was great for our children. Breakfast was delicious, thankful for real maple syrup. Overall great stay! "

"This hotel was absolutely wonderful! We loved everything about it!! Welcoming staff were wonderful. They have a cute little area in their office where you can pick up snacks, coffee and ice. "We stayed in room 426. It had a lovely view of the park and the Salem Witch Museum. We loved the room, it was clean and comfortable. There was free apple cider in the lobby and lots of places to get food nearby. "

"Great location - near a mall and all the highways. The staff is the best, they made it so easy for us and were very accommodating as we had to send packages ahead of our arrival. They really went above and beyond and that is why we will always continue to stay here. The breakfast is also very convenient. I like how there is a coffee and tea station in the lobby.
