"Excellent location and great amenities "

"Property was in a great location, perfect for families. Rooms were big and clean. Staff was very friendly. The only downside was how incredibly loud the water features are in the pool so if you have sensory sensitive kids, keep that in mind. "

"The hotel has two fantastic restaurants/bars that serve excellent food and drinks. The location is super convenient, right in the heart of downtown and very close to public transportation, which makes getting around incredibly easy. The only downside were the linens and pillows. The pillows had an oily, musky scalp smell that was pretty unpleasant. It would be great if the hotel could wash the actual pillows more frequently, not just the pillowcases, or replace them periodically."

"All was great"

"Staff were very friendly & accommodating! I paid for the parking option & it was so worth it - valet took care of my luggage & I was able to come & go through texting request for my vehicle. The lobby restaurant dinner options were healthy and perfect so I did not have to find a restaurant somewhere else. Happy, but not noisy, in a very warm environment!"

"Solid place to stay. Close to public transport and lots of things to do and shopping nearby. Vallet parking quite expensive. Definitely do not upgrade your room if they offer, it wasn’t worth the extra $10 a night they quoted me when I arrived to check in. They said I’d get a king size bed on the top floor and that bed was definitely a queen, which is what I had originally booked anyway. Most of the staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. Room service was odd hours, they didn’t...

"Loved this hotel. It was one of my favorite hotels that I have stayed in. The staff was amazing and so knowledgeable about the hotel and the area. "

"Rooms were very clean "

"Parking is terrible. The room is clean, except for underneath the bed covered in animal fur. The vent on the AC have not been cleaned. The night worker with the man’s hair cut is really rude. They’re very nosy. I got charged for stained towels even though I did inform staff of the spill. And it was two towels and they claimed I stained all of them. I wasn’t given my deposit back. And was told I couldn’t have my emotional support animal there. "

"This was my first time to Portland. Everything was excellent. The bartender (Gabe) was a great as well! He sold us on some of the amazing items off the menu for dinner. The food was spectacular by the way. Definitely took the time to share some cool stories and recommend some amazing local places. I would come back again for sure with staff like him. Thanks for everything Gabe!"

"The Portland Moxy is great, the location, the ease and the hotel itself. A stones throw from Powell’s bookstore and the living room theater (we watched The Stranger) and it is surrounded by good food places (ramen, Mexican burritos and Indian food). A great place"
