"The place was not clean the restroom floors were dirty, the tables in the dining area always rocked they were not stable. No soap or shampoo in the restroom, the table and desk in the rooms did not look like they had been wrapped down. Entrance door scanner was broken. water stains in the ceiling. Towels had spots on them, refrigerator rocked. Remote control was dirty."

"When I went to check in, the lobby was dark and the desk unmanned. I waited for 10 minutes and wondered if we'd need to find other accommodations. When the clerk finally appeared, he was not apologetic. I pointed out that I had been waiting, and he said I should have called him. I suggested he might leave a note with his phone number, and he said "it's on the website." Then he said we'd need to pay an extra $100 deposit in case of damage, and I later found he had double-charged my pet fee. The woman at check-out was much friendlier and kinder. The room was basic motel style, no frills but clean. The free breakfast was substandard."
