"We picked up the keys easily and was told that we would have to use a carpark nearby which was fine. We got to the apartment and thought we were in the wrong place. We opened the front door, it was dark and dirty and the hall was full of tables and chairs stacked on top of each other. We went back out to make sure we were in the right place. "A nice base from which to explore Antwerp. It's close to the Station and the main shopping areas of the city so it's really easy to get around. The room was good, with a comfy bed but (and it's no fault of the hotel) it was quite noisy in the street and that was quite audible in the room even with the windows shut. The only downside was the check in process. There were two people on the desk, while one was dealing with a customer the other pretty much ignored us until the previous custome.rh ad left, which was a bit of an inconvenience"
