"Worst hotel I’ve ever been. Staff was not frienel"

"Staff was rude, when you get vouchers for drinks etc, they said multiple times, I don't have time for that, paying customers only. Then when redirected by front desk with more vouchers, to be told go to a different place to redeem them, even when it says in () not redeemed at the place they send you. There were never enough pool/beach towels, only would give 1-2 at a time to say about 30-45 min for more to check back an hour or longer and still no towels. The rooms are outdated and hot, the room service starts knocking on your door at 8:00 AM to clean, if you ask for a little more time, they won't come back. Same with the towel situation, there were 3 of us and we would be given only 2 wash clothes and had to wait on bath towels. The shower wouldn't drain and you'd be showering in ankle deep water. The TV wouldn't work, when we called the front desk we were told, should have called earlier. Who stays in their room during the day at an island? The wifi, don't count on it to work either. The room phone wasn't even plugged in, the cord was cut and had open electrical outlets that weren't closed or covered. I've never stayed in a resort that was this unprofessional and if you are in a hurry, don't recommend. It takes forever we're talking hours to get waited on. "

"AC very good, kitchen very good, room very clean but no room service and we were told that rooms have all the cleaning stuff necessary but didn't have a broom. Concierge agents very professional and diligents at all times. Receptionist extremely rude treating people as enemies, i think they forget that we are the clients. I needed decaf coffe from the room amenities and she was selling it to me. The water station at the reception was always empty . I tried w expedia to contact the hotel in regards to a reservation and they never answer. "

"We booked the room at the last minute and very happy with the hotel. Check-in was easy, room was clean and comfortable, restaurant was very nice and food was delicious, and the view was amazing."
