"This was a beautiful resort but what makes It so exceptional are the kind and caring staff. The location is about 10 mins away from city area or about a 30 min walk which wasn’t bad. It’s safe so you can explore how you like It! I will def stay here again if I come back to Chiang Mai no hesitations. "

"Pros: Enormous loft decorated room in reasonable price in nimman, near many good resturant and pub Beast burger is very nice Cons: The toilet is a bit small and got a little pipe smell, the room is very close to the road so there are some voice from the street Good price for family I would rate 4/5"

"The hotel seems understaffed and in need of a lot of maintenance. The receptionist that was working when we checked in (around 7pm) seemed like the only staff on site. On check-in, our room was missing toilet paper, tissue, soap. The slippers were dirty, but most importantly, the safe was not working. The receptionist did her absolute best to solve our issues, but she wasn't given many resources. Also, the hotel is very close to the airport so expect to hear airplanes from around 7am-1am."

"The hotel is beautifully decorated, the room was spacious, the bathroom was large and well laid out and the bed was very comfortable. The pool area is very clean and serene and in the morning sunscreen was laid out for guests. The staff at front desk, in dining room, and housekeeping were excellent, warm and welcoming and thinking of your every comfort. From the time we were presented a welcome drink at checkin to the drive to the airport after checkout, we felt pampered and well taken care of."
