"部屋のタイプを変更したつもりが、行って見たら同じホテル系の別のホテルと言われソンテウを手配してもらい、該当ホテルに移動しました。 ホテルというより実質はサービスアパートです。日中は受け付けスタッフがいますが、深夜早朝は不在になり、同じ系列のホテルにはスタッフがいるので、連絡電話番号を教えてもらっておきました。スタッフに友人に場所を連絡するための目印か分かり易い案内方法を尋ねたが、ネームカードの住所しか答えないし、近所にマッサージ、食事店、ランドリーの店を尋ねたが答えられず、困りました。通勤時間帯の周辺の道はとても込みました。室内は清掃はされており清潔でしたが、些か不快な臭いもして、再度宿泊したいとは思いません。"

The room looked a little tired, and some days service (asking for new towels, asking for laundry) was a little slow. However, for the price I do feel like I got my money's worth. Even extended my stay for an extra few days."

"Room is small but clean, bed is comfy, waterpressure in shower is good, but how can other say this is an quiet Hotel??? The traffic noise where horrendous, it sounded as if the motorbikes where in the room. I booked and paid for 3 nights but changed hotel after first night, impossible to sleep. No refound what so ever even though I canceled as soon as I checked in."

"Ich habe zwei Wochen in dieser Unterkunft verbracht und mich insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer wurden immer auf Wunsch gereinigt, was ich sehr geschätzt habe. Der Bungalow entsprach genau meinen Vorstellungen. Besonders schön ist die Terrasse – dort konnte ich sogar meine Hängematte aufhängen. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert zuverlässig und macht bei den Temperaturen einen wirklich guten Job.
