Hotel di Daerah Sejarah Washington Street

"We had two rooms and two different experiences. Our room was clean and clean and great! Our friends who were traveling with us had an older room and the air had to be worked on and the tv didn’t work. They said there was a lot of dust in their room. They might have switched but it was quite full and they would have had to move from a King bed to something smaller. We had planned on eating at their bar and restaurant but they was a psychic reading event happening so it was crowded. We...

"convenient location, quiet, comfortable. Front desk & Bistro staff members were helpful and engaging."

"Always one of the best places to stay in central Connecticut, my personal favorite."

"Place was awesome and clean, the staff were really helpful. the only thing the pool water was cold and too much chlorine.."

"This is the second time we have stayed there and I love the privacy of the bedroom and the kitchenette. My partner lives a few states away so when he comes it’s nice to have a home away from home."

"Staff was friendly."

"I wish I could give this place zero stars. The room was absolutely disgusting and far below any acceptable standard. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, even though it's supposed to be a smoke-free property. There were mysterious hairs all over the bed sheets, the desk chair had duck tape covering the torn upholstery, the bathtub was extremely old with peeling surfaces, and the floor was covered in sticky, dusty marks. I could go on and on. We asked the front desk to change our room, but...

"Room was well equipped with everything you need. Staff was terrific"

"Bathroom was gross. Stank like a smokers apartment after thirty years"

"It was an OK stay, I think it was a little pricey and I expected more, The bed was too high and on a metal platform, every time one moved it was noisy and clunky. The TV was kind of small compared to other hotels we stayed. $90 would have been more appropriate. Breakfast was also pitiful compared to other hotels. Expected more from a Wyndham property,"

"Room was clean, beds were firm but comfortable, but the in-room.coffee maker did not work. We reported it but they said it was unplugged. We a actually had it plugged in but unplugged it so one person could blow dry their hair. No problem. It was fine to stay two nights. Staff was courteous as always."

"It was great!!!"
