"This was our second time staying at this hotel. We book hotels in this area often to visit our child who goes to school nearby. So far, this has been our favorite stay and so that's why we booked it again. We didn't use the amenities, so we can't speak for that, but the property is clean and updated, as are the rooms. And the staff is very friendly, especially Pamela at the front desk. We already have it booked for our next stay as well. The only reason we gave it 4 stars out of 5, was the cost."

"There was no hot water. Dead bolt didn’t work. Told reception and were offered 2 coffees at no charge. We felt we should have gotten a discount. Sent an email to the hotel manager who responded without an offer to credit us. Won’t stay there again."

"RATS: dont recommend. We checked in, we were wary because the hotel lobby looked very run down in person. It was a family get away so we said ok whatever we’ll make the most of it. We walked to our room. From the hallway you could hear music blaring, parents screaming at their kids. Kids running up and down the hall. We put down our bags and a RAT ran across the room. I went the front desk and let them know and that we were leaving. He didn’t act surprised, rather he let out a sigh and said ok...
