This hotel is clean and comfortable . In this case it was right across the street from my office. They could use more of a selection for the breakfast buffet though.

The property is under renovations, so there was a bit of inconvenience as the room we had was still an older room. It was fine but for sure would have stayed at a different location due to the construction. All is all though staff was super nice and it was as clean as an older hotel can be.

Hotel was clean and staff was helpful. Breakfast was a variety but not as well maintained during high volume times and seating was limited. Rooms were small. If using the sofa bed the studio size had to have furniture moved to open and that left little room to move around. Accessible room had some need for a facelift but it was functional.

The room had an odor as if someone was cooking and the scent seeped into the rug. They moved us to another room and that room heat was not working and the ice maker was not functioning at all. They accomodate us by moving us to another room Shot out to the maintenance guy, Justin, he was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in moving to the third room.

Very nice hotel and staff were excellent. Great location. Small negative points. Weak breakfast for me, but maybe that's from covid. The couches in my room and next door (my daughter was with me this trip) need to GO! They are old and stuffing is worn out. Please update. Again, great staff--very pleasant and helpful.

Honestly , this is by far the best hotel I have been at in years. To the staff who took time out to really care about my kids and I, I really appreciate it. It was their first time in this city, and they loved telling their front desk staff all about their adventures of the day. They were so attentive and polite! Even Larry the breakfast attendant! The rooms were amazing and spacious and the hotel is so close to shopping, pharmacy stores, and the metro. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! I felt safe and cared for every second of my time there! Thank you thank you thank you!
