What a great location for work and visiting around the area! All the residents were friendly and helpful. Although some of the areas were dark and could have benefited from more lighting, the overall apartment was nice and spacious. The check in process could not be worse unless they tried harder. A map with clear instructions would make things so much easier and smoother! Clear explanation of how to use the fobs and to know how to lock and unlock the apartment door, use the elevator would eliminate lots of unnecessary frustration. I truly hope that somebody will take the time to read this and make the improvements needed. I was able to drive in and out of DC, the Washington Navy yard without issue and felt very safe and comfortable.
