I am writing to express my profound appreciation for the truly exceptional experience I recently enjoyed during my stay at your Washington D.C. property, particularly as it coincided with my 45th birthday celebration. From the moment I arrived, I was met with a level of hospitality that surpassed all expectations and solidified my loyalty to the Marriott brand.
Upon my arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Ms. Katrina and Ms. Nikita. Ms. Katrina, in particular, demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to guest satisfaction. Having endured a rather hectic departure from my Northern Virginia residence, I found myself without essential toiletries, including my toothbrush. Ms. Katrina immediately recognized my predicament and proactively assembled a comprehensive collection of necessities and comfort items. Beyond this thoughtful gesture, she arranged for room service to deliver a delightful birthday amenity, complete with exquisite macarons and a celebratory bottle, which was an incredibly pleasant surprise. Her attentiveness extended to securing a preferred room with a superior view, significantly enhancing my overall comfort and enjoyment. Later that evening, as I prepared for my birthday festivities, her kind words and positive demeanor genuinely made me feel wonderful about myself. Her genuine warmth and proactive service truly set the tone for an unforgettable visit.
