The hotel was HUMID and the staff was not very welcoming, my mother-in-law asked a question regarding the breakfast (which is TWENTY dollars a person) and the woman at check in rolled her eyes.
We enjoyed our stay at this facility. The bathroom and room were huge with ample space for at least 6 ppl (2 Q beds and a sofa bed). Very clean and looked well kept. Very modern accessories on the room. The huge padded bench in front of the tv was great which eliminated us from putting suitcases on the floor or luggage stool. The room was bright and spacious.
My only issue is the beds is the beds were moderately comfortable (4/10 bed rating)
If you have a large SUV or luggage rack on top of your vehicle, parking in the facility's garage is a no go. The piping and ceiling fixtures are 6' off the ground - insane!!!!!

The night staff were not pleasant at all. Nor the early morning lady. I have stayed here before and extended my stay because the staff on both shufts were fantastic, courteous, helpful and had a since of humor. Made me want to stay an extra night because of tgw atmosphere they put in Double tree.

Overall this was a really great stay. Very convenient in terms of shopping, restaurants and access to the train and bus stations. All walkable. Staff is really nice, helpful and friendly.

Upon arriving had to circle around 3 times to get in the hotel it was backed out onto the road to get in. Once in we were in our room maybe 10 minutes and the fire alarm went off. Upon exiting via the stairs there was a huge roach on the stairs. It's very outdated and definitely needs an update.

Let me start by saying staff couldn’t have been friendlier they were awesome!
I was disappointed with the additional fees that are not mentioned when booking on expedia. Parking says $10 on here when booking but was $20 at the property also was charged over $100 more then what my booking price was….
I also basically had to break down our door to get in the room. Door was sticking and maintenance just told me to push harder.
Other than that it was a clean hotel alittle noisy at times for construction but we only stayed 2 nights

The property its self was convenient to where we were going. It was easily accessible. The construction outside started early on Saturday morning. This was unexpected and something we did not plan for.

I arrived at 3:45pm. I approached the front desk and the staff told me to please wait. I waited but the staff just looked at me so I assume they were ready to assist me. Then a staff member reiterated to please wait since there is a staff change and that check in was not until 4 pm. I let them know the website states check in is at 3. The two staff members sternly stated that the website is wrong. They then proceeded to ask me if I have a care and I responded, yes. They then stated that Expedia reflects the price to be $10/ night but it really is $20/night. The over all check in process was not friendly. I cant believe I used one key dollars on this stay when the experience was not great. This was my first date night with my husband in almost a year and the staff here were not kind.

I was harassed by my girlfriend in the room i locked her out she went down stairs and they gave a key to my room which her name was not on the reservation she hit my with a phone i got eyebrow wound open got stiches and they charged me 400 for damages which i am not aware of stay away i will sue them
Came in for a concert at the Filmore and it was a great walkable location. Even brought our dog and she was given treats when we were given cookies upon arriving.

The staff was very pleasant and my dog was welcome. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time that they charge a $75 non-refundable cleaning fee for the pet, unless you have documentation that it is a service animal. They also charge $20 per night for parking in their garage, and there is NO on-street parking around the hotel.
