"First of all, the staff - paarticularly Emily - were fantastic. Professional, warm, and customer focused. I had left my computer bag in the room and wqas having breakfast close to the inn before rfeturning to Seattle when Emily called to tell me housekeeping had called and said they found my bag in the room. I was shocked, relieved and grateful for hjer prompt professional handling of my miss. And then there was the wonderful condition of the whole facility. We had a two room suite, each...

"Neat, comfort place"

"Overall it’s really good, but sound is bad somebody was taking the shower at night around 3:30 am and I couldn’t sleep for like an hour"

"What a lovely stay! The property was beautiful. We had a great stay multi nights. The neighborhood was very walkable. Lovely restaurant, farmers market on Sunday was a great surprise! Owner and staff were really generous and accommodating! The bed was such a great sleep. Everything you could want in the kitchen and the deck was a lovely rest after a busy day. If we come this way again absolutely will stay again❤️😁"

"Clean room, wait staff, valet service, good food at the Recess restaurant all excellent great central location! Will come back"

"Nice stay"

"Overall, we had a really good stay! The room was clean, and check-in went smoothly. Our room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived, but the front desk staff made some adjustments and got everything taken care of quickly. Whenever we requested extra towels, they were brought up right away. The pool was nice! There were little bursts of people coming and going, but it never felt too overwhelming. I also appreciated having a shower in the pool area for quick rinses. Breakfast was good with a nice...

"Roomy, comfortable units. Excellent location. Frie dly staff."

"Great for a quick sleep in a great part of the city. Friendly staff too"

"The hotel itself was amazing, we enjoyed the vibe it had. What was terrible was how the bartender from last night treated me and my girlfriend. Janice was super nice the other girl after Janice left was extremely disrespectful. I understand we live in a tip society now but we don’t have to tip, it is not required in anyway. We asked for a shot, we hit no tip, then she throws the pay thing down hard, then we get a couple more shots still no tip, then the final shot we get, I pay and hit no tip,...

"The room was very comfortable and clean and the staff was excellent right from the moment you walked in. Helpful and engaged with us. The breakfast staff also very helpful and seemed always busy. Anyone we met in the building was quick to engage with a hello and how are you. Our giggle for the trip was the slowness of the elevator. Point of conversation for anyone staying there -- wondering how many elves it took to move it. Would not hesitate to stay here again if in the area"
