"For the solo, female traveler: The staff was all female and except for the sullen, younger girl the morning of checkout- EXCEPTIONAL staff, very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The place is modern and boujee, loved the jersey robes in the room, exceptional bed and bath linens. Even though my room, #31, had doors to outside, trolley line/city view, I felt safe. "Advertised as on the harbor, it was actually two parking lots away from the harbor. The elevator was pathetic: small, slow, and dirty, and the landing was dirty. Bird crap on the windows and the view from the other window was gross; the rooftop was several floors below. The room was ok. TV sound and CC didn't work, and two attempts to ask for help resulted in nothing. On the plus side, the location was nice, the room was big and clean, and the front desk staff were nice."
