"The room we booked was on the 2nd floor. You walk into the bedroom and into another sitting area overlooking the water with a porch. Very calming. The staff was great and helpful. "Our family stayed here on a trip to Long Beach. Previously we had stayed at VRBOs, campsites, and other hotels in the area, as the Fireside Inn was not built when we last visited. "Very friendly staff at the front desk. We stayed in the two room suite- which gave us plenty of space for our group. The only downfall was the AC was in the back bedroom, so the common space and other bed only had a fan for the night."

"The owners were amazing and super nice and lovely to chat with! They mentioned that they had purchased it a few years back and have been slowly renovating. The building itself you could tell was old, but they had deep-cleaned everything which was great! The parking lot looked new, as well as the floor in our room. "The location was lovely however due to lack of air conditioning it was an uncomfortable stay. Our rooms were small and stifling , the fans outdated and not adequate , doors could not lock. On hot days the staff could at least open windows and turn on fans."
