"Great hotel! "

"Arrival found door code would not work. Had to call 3 phone numbers to get a person. Fridge was not cleaned, little hairs around the sink vanity, no hot water in the shower, no added deadbolt inside the room which inly mattered because i had a guy knock loudly on my door every night. No room cleaning by any staff. No staff on the premise. Windows were not locked. Tv only had paid options to buy programs or movies; nothing free to watch. "

"There were young people in the hall right outside the bedroom yelling and talking loud, dragging something down the hall. It is so disruptive and we never got any sleep. I don't know why management did not hear this. We didn't want to open out door and say something because we figured they were drunk or high on something. Very disappointing."

"New property, I believe. Clean rooms with kitchen. Easy check-in and check-out. Not very friendly for extending check-out for an hour though."

"Clean hotel with friendly staff. Good place if you’re wanting a more affordable blue mountain/scenic caves experience. Short drive away. No scenic views but if you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep then it’s perfect!"

"Dirty. Smart TV didn’t work. Staff said it would be fixed within an hour . Never heard back. Ignored our 2nd request. Hallway full of kids playing hockey until past 11pm. Front desk did nothing to calm down the noise. The breakfast was ok and morning staff was great but this hotel has really gone down hill since the last time I stayed there 3 years ago. "
