"Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. During our stay there was a film set in place for Father Brown and a restriction at the end of the road. It didn’t take away from our stay, but was glad of the premier inn parking just a 100m away. "A clean, well kept hotel with wonderfully helpful staff. Lovely food, fabulous drinks. Well situated for events at the NEC and beyond if you don’t mind a taxi or train ride. Fabulous if you want a bit of luxury. Does have underground parking that is more secure than some of the other hotels in the area and around the same price."

"Nice hotel reasonably priced for the area and convenient for the city centre. Bar was nice and prices OK for a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would have got five stars but little things were not quite right. For example there was a USB port in the room but t did not work. No sweeteners on the coffee try. These are picky things and I would stay here again. Only stayed one night so cannot say if things would have been sorted if I had brought them to the staffs attention."
