"Stay was lovely, just some odd elements which were a bit strange! Make sure you arrive in good time to check in early, and double-check what the morning process is for leaving - main pub remained locked and egress was through the rear fire escape - noone in sight so left key in room. The room was lovely - really well laid out, roomy, and clearly well-thought out; lots of little things that made the place really nice. Weak spot was the bathroom - doesn't have a proper door. Shower was also dirty...

"Incredibly friendly host could not do enough for us from suggesting takeaway and letting us use the dining room to a lovely breakfast choice of nicely cooked good quality local produce. Room was warm and comfy with tea and coffee provided. We will stay here again."

"This is a little gem and excellent value for money. I arrived very late, asked for a couple of bags of crisps to keep the hunger at bay, and was made a beautiful ham sandwich (with crisps!) well after the kitchen had shut for the night. I stayed in room 2 (single room). It was massive for a single, lovely view, complimentary water, great tea tray and clean and comfortable. As a single woman, I felt very safe here (did not worry about the car either) and the staff couldn’t have been nicer....

"Loved Woodstock. Excellent small Town to stay and very near to Blenheim Palace. B & B was good overall. Great breakfast. Room could have been a little more plush - more basic than I thought it would be. Same with bathroom and it felt cold in the bathroom. But overall enjoyed our stay"

"Good spacious modern accommodations- 2 bedrooms 1 with king bed en-suite and other with two single and lounge , another bathroom with small kitchenette that includes microwave, dishwasher , basic dishes and cutlery, kettle , coffee maker - with some tea/coffee. Convenient location . Would use again and recommend "
